Wormanne, an entertainment event organized in September by Native Tribe was adjudged the Best Arts Festival Event of the year 2020 at the Ghana Arts and Culture Awards ceremony held at La Palm Royal Beach on Saturday, 14th November.

Nii Mankattah CEO, of Native Tribe said the award will inspire them to work harder in the coming seasons.

"We want to use this opportunity to thank the Chief and Queenmother of Korle Gonno, Nii Tackie Owuowuo IV and Manye Okropong respectively. The Minister of Tourism Hon. Barbara Oteng Gyasi, the Mayor of Accra Hon. Adjei Sowah, the CEO of CODA Hon. Jerry Ahmed Shaib, the Member of Parliament for Ablekuma South Hon. Alfred Oko Vandapuye, all our media partners, Artists, Exhibitors and the good people of Korle Gonno " said Nii Adoyey Allotey Public Relations Officer of Native Tribe who received the award.

Wormanne has been organized three thrice at Korle Gonno in the month of September and it is aimed at Youth empowerment and skill development.
