MTN Group is pleased to announce the appointment of the new Chief Executive Officer for MTN Liberia Lonestar Cell. Rahul De, the current Chief Marketing Officer of MTN Nigeria, will take the helm at the company on November 1, 2020. Rahul replaces Uche Ofodile who departed Lonestar Cell MTN in July to become the CEO of MTN Benin.

MTN Ghana has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Folklore Board (NFB) that allows MTN Ghana to digitize and host the Ghanaian Heritage on the MTN Ayoba App. The MoU, will amongst other things, facilitate the distribution of Ghana’s cultural products as well as intellectual content among the youth and the global society.
