Retired boxer turned promoter. Michael Okine popularly called Ayitey Powers has apologised to Samir Captan. Professor Azumah Nelson and Dr Ofori Asare on insulting words he used on them over the delay in compensating him over the loses he made following the cancellation of his promotion when a ban was placed on boxing activities

According to Powers,  it was frustration and pressure that caused him to come out to blast and wants to beg his elders for forgiveness

He said when a baby or child soils the lap of someone carrying him. it is cleaned and not cut off.

He noted that once he is in boxing he will certainly come across or deal with the personalities  mentioned.

He urged all boxing stakeholders to come together to find ways and solutions to problems that caused the ban and how to ensure a safe medical regime.

Ayitey Powers has also thanked everyone who advised him on his outburst that he should remain gentle and fight for his case.to be considered and compensated.
