Following the conclusion of the recent Functional Fitness engagements in Egypt, the President Mr. Charles Owusu Ansah is proud to announce a collaborative initiative to form a Confederation of African Countries in Functional Sports.

This brings together Kenyan,, Angola, Rwanda and Tanzania to join the already existing African Nations in Functional Sports.

This initiative marks a significant milestone in the advancement of functional sports across the African Continent.

"By uniting our collective expertise, resources and shared vision, we aim to promote excellence, standardize competition structures and create broader opportunities all athletes, trainers, technical officials (judges) and member institutions" said Owusu Ansah.

He expressed that further details will be communicated in due course

Charles Owusu Ansah FSL Ghana interacted personally with Mahmoud Abdel Aziz, Director General. General Administration of specialized federations and sports committees and Baligh Abu Aaid, Vice president of the Egyptian federation of fitness and street workout as well as President of the Libyan federation, Fauzi.
