Functional Fitness is a type of exercise that focuses on training your body for the movements you perform in everyday life. It emphasizes using multiple muscle groups together to improve your ability to perform daily tasks like lifting, squatting, pushing, pulling, and twisting. This approach contrasts with traditional weight training that may isolate specific muscles.
