Abubakar ‘Tilapia’ Kamoko Calls Out Jonathan ‘Power’ Mbanugu To A Boxing ‘Who Is Who’ Contest

Abu Kamoko aka ‘Ambitious Bukom Tilapia’ has challenged Jonathan Mbanugu for a fight to determine who is who. According to Tilapia who is the first son of the popular former boxer Bukom Banku, there have been calls by the boxing public for Ghanaian boxers to fight each other and put an end to fixed or arranged fights.

“I want to fight and beat Jon Power, if he killed a Nigerian boxer, late Gabriel Olusewagun Olanrewaju in the ring and everyone is afraid of him, I am ready to face and beat him squarely, I am not afraid of him” he said on his social media platform.

Meanwhile, the manager of Jonathan Mbanugu, Mr. Gordon Frimpong aka Osibor has accepted the challenge and appealed to Legacy Rise Sports to put the bout on.

“We are also more than ready to fight Kamoko” he expressed.

For their records, Mbanugu has 15 wins, one loss and one draw, while Kamoko has won all his four professional bouts.

Bukom boxing fans are also happy to hear and cannot wait to watch and cheer their idols.

After the much talked about ‘Battle of the Beasts’ on Friday June 13th, Legacy Rise have promised to return in December and Kamoko who was the star that many people did not watch fight due a poor show by Jacob Dickson against Andrew Tabiti which forced many fans to leave the arena before his bout with Stephen Ackon says he will give the best of himself.
