The death has been reported in Accra on Saturday 29^th April, 2023 at the 37 Military Hospital of Madam Alice Naa Lamiley Lamptey 87, mother of former Black Stars and Accra Hearts of Oak Captain and Midfield Dynamo, Adolf Armah aka ‘Rolandanster’.

She worked with UTC for over twenty years, before starting her own business; she was also a devout member of the Nazareth Methodist Church at Mamprobi in Accra.

She was also the mother of Media Practitioner / Sports Consultant, Mr. Sammy Heywood Okine, popularly known in media circles as General One and Theo Tay who is based in the United Kingdom.

According to family sources, funeral arrangement would be announced later.
