The 2022 edition of the Willie Williams Memorial Games comes off on Saturday 26.03.2022 at the Legon Sports Stadium, Accra.

According to the organisers, a number of athletics events will be held from 9am in the morning.

A number of sports dignitaries including Aziz Zakari, Sakora and Madam Gloria Commodore of the Women In Sports Association (WISA) have been invited to grace the occasion.

She said it is time Ghana prepares well to win more medals at the African Games in 2023.

She promised to reward some of the female athletes who exceled at the national cross country race in Akim Oda some few weeks ago.
