Ms. Jacqueline Onasis Manteaw aka Jackie Lash who won the Best Card Girl Award at the 2025 Boxing Ghana Awards has thanked the organisers for recognising and rewarding her, hoping that the recognition will inspire and encourage her to work harder.

In an exclusive chat after she got her prize, she commended the organisers of the event and said it was very good, as she got a certificate of merit and a gas stove which she would give to her grandma as New Year gift.

The famous and popular model who chose to work for boxing said it has been an experience working in a male dominated area, however the role she plays had made her to be known and she takes the job very serious.

"Boxing is serious business and everyone involved must not joke, just like me, we do not only count and display the rounds, but add to the business and entertainment" she expressed.

She noted that working without motivation is very boring, so though the award may not be big, it is worthy and good.

She wished the leadership of Ghana Boxing well and prayed that the IMC would hand over and there would be a peaceful election at the Ghana Boxing Authority.

She also urged more sponsors to support the Boxing Ghana Awards.

The experienced card girl won last year and successfully defended her trophy.
