The GBIMC will collaborate with all relevant actors to build a unified, transparent, and resilient boxing ecosystem.
While concerns exist about the impact of the suspension, the GBIMC views this moment as a reset, an opportunity to build a strong regulatory framework, protect livelihoods, and restore public trust. Samir Captan Chairman of the GBIMC said “together, we aim to position Ghana Boxing as a driver of investment, youth empowerment, and sports tourism”.
