Team Ghana is off to Cairo - Egypt for the Africa Aquatics Junior Swimming Championships.

The team is led by Ghana Swimming Association President and newly elected Ghana Olympic Committee Board member, Mrs. Delphina Quaye.

The team is handled by Coach Kenneth Ankrah.

Team Ghana Swimmers that departed from Accra were Yemen Cornie, Oduma Agyei, Michael Crabb-Mann and Johnson Gyarko.

The Africa Aquatics Junior Swimming Championships is happening from April 30- 4th May 2025.

Treasurer of Ghana Swimming Association Ms. Farida is sure that the swimmers will perform well. She said they have prepared well and ready to perform.

Meanwhile Mohammed Muniru, the Secretary of Ghana Swimming has been elected new Secretary General of the Ghana Olympic Committee.
