The Ghana Athletics Association (GAA) has selected a strong team of athletes with current good form to represent the nation at the up coming World Athletics Championships in Budapest.
The team comprise of James Dadzie - 200m, Raymond French - 4x100m, Edwin Gadayi - 4x100m, Isaac Botsio - 4x100m, Deborah Acquah - Long Jump, Joseph Paul Amoah - 200m and 4x100m,
Rose Amoanimaa Yeboah - High Jump (No Visa) and Ansah Sarfo - 4x100m (No Visa) could not make it.
Record holder Benjamin Azamati - 100m and 4x100m (Injury) could also not make it.
Currently, the team is camping in France.
