Herbert Mensah is the new Chairman of Rugby Africa. He will be buoyed by a new Executive Committee: Kevin Venkiah, Sofian Aek Benhassen, Adama Bakhoum, Aib Azzouz, Aref Belkhiria, Jurie Roux, Paulina Lanco, Herbert Mensah, Rolande Boro and Aroon Jani.
